Mobilink has announced a series of workshops across Pakistan providing students and independent software developers with the opportunity to develop mobile game development skills.

The workshops, which will begin from Islamabad on 18 May, are being organized as a means to evaluate the conceptual strengths, technique and creative acumen of mobile game developers in Pakistan. The workshops have been developed in collaboration with ‘We R Play’, one of Pakistan’s most prominent developers of mobile gaming, who will introduce participants to the basics techniques of mobile game development as well as the means of marketing products on international marketing platforms.

The workshops are being organized under the banner of Jazba, which is Mobilink’s vibrant and spirited youth brand. Mobile game developers will also get the opportunity to have their content inducted into the Jazz Bananas App Store, the first online application store in Pakistan.

The events are planned in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. The event will take place in Karachi on the Sunday 20th of May from 6pm to 9pm in Marriot Hotel.
