I have always been fascinated by computers and Internet and its ability to connect people around the world. I started my professional career in the field of online marketing after completing my MBA with majors in marketing from Hamdard University in Karachi. Working with companies whose businesses were in the online world, promoting their products in the virtual world was something to new to me. Something that is entirely different from the traditional methods of marketing, though the concepts are the same. I’ve been working in the online field for quite some time now and since spending my entire time on the company’s website and their different projects, I was quite curious to have a website of my own. Social Pakistan is the result of my curiosity.

When I had initially planned to get a website for myself with a blog, it was quite confusing to me as to what my website would be about and what I would write on my blog. While searching over the internet and having discussions with some friends, I had various ideas on my mind but no clue as to which idea to implement on. While watching one of the talk shows on dawn news channel, I saw the anchor using twitter to get tweets from people regarding the questions they wanted to ask the participant of the show. I was quite impressed when I saw the anchor using a social media tool to interact with people and at that moment I thought of creating a website and blog whose main theme would be based on Pakistan. So here I am with my Social Pakistan.

In social Pakistan, I will be sharing everything that is related to Pakistan. I will be covering topics related to business, entertainment, current affairs, religion, sports, technology and other aspects of our daily lives. The food specialty of different cities of Pakistan, the culture followed, the way of living of people. Pakistan has been going through a hard time since the past many years. I will cover all the current and the non current events with research and case studies giving the readers a deep insight about the facts and figures that may have been hidden. I will also be sharing pictures and videos regarding different cities.
